At Children with Cancer UK, we are united by a common goal – to save and improve young lives.
Many people think that cancer is an older person’s disease. But every year, over 3,600 children, teenagers and young adults are diagnosed with cancer in the UK.
We fund research projects to improve the outlook for children with cancer and understand why it’s developed in young people.
If you choose to join the Children with Cancer UK Running Team, we will support you all the way – all we ask is that you raise as much as you can!

We work with projects all over the UK in order to help save young lives. We:
- • A runners’ pack containing lots of fundraising and training advice
- • A Children with Cancer UK running vest
- • Regular contact from our dedicated Running Team
- • Race Day support
Anyone who raises £100 or over through Justgiving will receive a £10 refund on their Trailblazer entry. Simply enter Trailblazer as normal and set up a Justgiving account when prompted during the entry process. Even if you have already signed up, you can still go back and set up your online fundraising page. Raise funds through family and friends and once you have hit £100, you will be eligible for £10 of your entry fee which will be credited back to you after the event. We will give you a month post-event to get all those pledges in, and your £10 will then be refunded.
